At Bhayli, we are dedicated to providing a positive and seamless customer experience. However, in order to ensure fairness and to better serve our valued customers, we occasionally need to enforce strict guidelines. While most of our customers have genuine concerns and we are always happy to assist, we have noticed a small number of accounts that misuse our return and exchange policies.
These accounts may frequently return products, refuse deliveries, or request refunds for issues that are not our fault, which can prevent other customers from purchasing the items they desire. To protect the rights of our genuine customers, Bhayli’s customer care team reserves the right to review, assess, and take appropriate action, including limiting or suspending service for customers engaging in such practices.
Impairment & Damages
We take great care to ensure that all products are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged before shipping. In the rare event that you receive incomplete, damaged, or defective items, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery. To assist us in resolving the issue, please follow these guidelines:
- Do not use the products.
- Take clear photographs of the damaged or incomplete items.
- Keep the invoice or order confirmation with you.
If your order was placed through a third-party marketplace, please contact the marketplace’s customer support. Bhayli is not responsible for damages incurred through orders made on external platforms.
Change of Packaging
Bhayli continuously strives to innovate and enhance our product packaging to provide a better customer experience. As part of this ongoing effort, we may update the design, labels, or packaging of our products. These changes are made without altering the product formulation or performance, and are meant to comply with government regulations.
The presence and placement of product symbols, stickers, or information may vary depending on regulations and updates to packaging. Please be assured that, despite any variations, the product you receive is genuine and has not been tampered with.
In our commitment to sustainability, we are gradually eliminating unnecessary external packaging materials, such as paper boxes, to reduce our carbon footprint. You may start receiving products with reduced or no exterior wrapping in the future, but this change will not affect the quality or authenticity of the product.
Suspending Promotions
Bhayli reserves the right to suspend or cancel any ongoing or future promotions, offers, sales, gifts, or giveaways at any time without prior notice or liability.
